These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between you (the “Client”) and BeheldBodywork, operated by Elizabeth Large (“I”, “me”, or “my”), when you access this website or engage with my sessions, programs, workshops, trainings, memberships, digital products, or retreats.
Please read them carefully, as they form the basis of our working relationship.

By using this website, booking a service, purchasing a product, or participating in any offering, you agree to these Terms.

Scope of My Work

I offer a range of somatic, energetic, spiritual, and coaching-based services, including:

• 1:1 somatic and energetic sessions
• Kundalini Yoga–based practices
• Breathwork
• Numerology readings
• Reiki Level 1/2/3 trainings
• Coaching and mentorship containers
• Workshops and group masterclasses
• Retreats
• Memberships or subscription programs
• Digital products such as courses, audios, or PDFs

These services support personal exploration, embodiment, and self-development. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, physiotherapy, therapy or psychiatric treatment.

If you have any concerns about your physical or mental health, please consult an appropriate healthcare professional.

Nature of My Services

The work I offer is somatic, energetic, spiritual, and experiential in nature.
It is not medical, diagnostic, clinical, or therapy.

By engaging with my services, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions, and interpretations.
• You will work within your own physical and emotional limits.
• You understand that energetic, somatic, and spiritual practices create subjective experiences.
• Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.
• You will seek professional medical or psychological support if needed.
• You are 18 or older.

I do not treat, cure, or diagnose conditions of any kind.

Booking & Payments

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Stripe
• PayPal
• Bank transfer
• Squarespace checkout

Bookings are confirmed only once payment is received.

For multi-month programs or mentorship containers, you may be offered a payment plan.

You agree to complete payment plans in full, as they represent a commitment to the entire program, not a pay-as-you-go arrangement.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

5.1 Sessions

• At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
• Missed sessions are non-refundable.

5.2 Programs, Mentorships, and Packages

• Due to the nature of transformational and energetic work, all mentorship containers, packages, and programs are non-refundable once purchased.
• If sessions are scheduled within a package, they must be used within the time frame provided.

5.3 Workshops, Masterclasses & Events

• Tickets are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by me.
• Transfers to another person may be allowed, please contact me to arrange.

5.4 Retreats

Refund and cancellation terms for retreats will be specified separately at the time of booking and may include deposits, payment schedules, and cancellation windows.

5.5 Digital Products

Once accessed or downloaded, digital products are non-refundable.
This is standard under UK consumer law.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, practices, recordings, class structures, written content, videos, audios, and digital products provided by BeheldBodywork Elizabeth large remain my intellectual property.

You may not:

• Share materials with others
• Reproduce or redistribute content, use my wording without acknowledging the source

• Teach or repurpose my frameworks without permission
• Use recordings for public distribution

You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence for your own use only.

Client Responsibilities

By working with me, you agree to:

• Attend sessions sober no alcohol or recreational drugs
• Disclose any relevant medica, trauma or mental health information if it may impact your participation
• Communicate honestly about your boundaries and needs
• Take responsibility for your own physical and emotional wellbeing
• Use your own judgment regarding lifestyle, relationship, or business decisions
• Seek appropriate medical, psychological, or legal advice where needed

You also agree not to participate in any practices that feel unsafe for your body.

Energetic & Somatic Work Disclaimer

Energetic, Kundalini, and somatic practices may involve:

• Breathwork
• Meditation
• Visualization
• Movement
• Postures
• Subtle energetic techniques
• Nervous system stimulation
• Emotional release

By participating, you acknowledge the risks associated with physical or emotional movement and agree to hold responsibility for your participation.

You waive any liability towards BeheldBodywork or Elizabeth Large for injuries, emotional responses, or perceived outcomes arising from your participation.

Group Spaces & Community Guidelines

For workshops, classes, group programs, and future memberships:

• Respectful behaviour is expected at all times.
• Personal information shared by others must remain confidential.
• Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal without refund.

Technology & Digital Access

You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and suitable technology to access sessions, programs, or digital products.

I am not responsible for:

• Connectivity issues on your end
• Device failures
• Email delivery issues beyond my control

If a live session cannot proceed due to technical issues on my end, I will reschedule or provide an alternative.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to:

• Extract content
• Reverse engineer
• Hack or disrupt the site
• Collect data unlawfully

Any misuse may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

• I do not accept liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• I am not responsible for decisions you make based on the work we do together.
• No guarantees of specific results, earnings, healing outcomes, or business growth are made or implied.
• My services are offered “as is” for personal development, embodiment, and self-exploration.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.

Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in offerings, policies, or legal requirements.
The most current version will always be available on this page.
